    After the dustchella I went to for weekend 2 last year (I am a good friend and my friends that have been going for 3 years together couldn't make weekend 1) I will never again attend weekend 2 unless I have already attended weekend 1.

    I will say that weekend 2 got an AWESOME set by Justice and weekend 1 got the intro.....not that it made my weekend but jus sayin.....

    The grass was pretty damaged by weekend 2, that is very true.

    I danced harder/crazier near the back of the crowd for Justice's weekend 2 set than both weekends combined.

    True, but this shows the ratio of hardcore fans who already know they are going compared to people who will here about it a week or 2 before and only know the names of the headliners and buy a ticket last minute on stubhub.

    I chose Weekend 1 this year because I went to Weekend 2 last year. My wife and I will compare the two weekends after this year and decide from here on out what weekend to attend. I'm really hoping Weekend 1 is hotter than it was last year. I don't want to do Coldchella or Rainchella.

    I am absolutely looking forward to the plush Weekend 1 grass this time around. That, and the possibility of cooler weather alone are reason enough to be sold.

    Oh, and Justice did rock out that second weekend. Totally agreed!.

    Weekend 1 is better in my opinion, there's no chance of spoilers. I wouldn't trade that moment when Tupac came out for anything. My friend who went weekend 2 said that was pretty dumb because everyone knew it was coming.

    However, it was FREEZING on Friday and Saturday last year! That kind of sucked. I decided then, that I would never complain about the heat again.

    Am I the only one who would feel like they were missing out on something major if they didn't attend either weekend? It would be similar to skipping a year. Yeah, you can see the same acts each weekend, but it has new potential. First weekend sees everything first, and second weekend sees everything better after first weekend adjustments have been made. I will say that it's much harder to accept that Coachella is officially over for the year after you do two weekends.

    Yup! He is referenced as "The Xan-Man" at some point during the show but I cannot recall the episode right now. The screen name is taken all over the place, thus the 86 in mine.

    I just love spending 4/20 at the polo fields that's why i'm going weekend 2.....
    Well that and I knew some other people at work were planning on going weekend 1 so I let them fight it out while I easily got weekend 2 off.
