Saw them open for The Used in like 06 or something and they were great. Saw them in 2010 I believe at the Greek Theatre and it was one of the top 3 worst shows I've ever seen. They should be called 30 Seconds of Singing because that's about all you got out of Jared Leto for each song. There were some songs where he didn't sing a single line in any of the choruses. Just left it all to the crowd. And he talks WAY more than any other singer I've ever seen. Just talking between every fucking song. Save your voice for the fucking song since you can't sing any of the fucking choruses. From what I heard it was like that at a lot of their shows on the tour. I love them on record but I'll never pay to see them again.

Yes to everything this man said. He barely sings anymore and just points the mic to the crowd. Plus it was the biggest teeny bopper crowd I've ever been in. I was the only person on the main floor with a beer. Feeling out of place would have been an understatement.

This new song is utter shit (and I'm pretty open to 'modern rock').

The very first album still holds up though, IMO. Moody, a little proggy, and just the right amount of electronics. Great production. Wish I saw them in 2003.

i unfortunately saw them once years ago at some local station festival near dallas. it was so incredibly bad. dude should stick to acting.
