Seeing Deadmau5 for the first time.

Was life changing. So will Arcade Fire for me will be this year. I am constantly thinking about coachella. The anticipation towards it is what makes it so much better! I think the Sahara is going to have to be pretty good this year to match how good some of the acts I watched last year there were. There needs to be another group where people all throw glow sticks like at Orbital too!!

I thought Deadmau5 (what I caught after Fever Ray) was great. The music was good and the visuals were amazing. I didn't think it sounded much different than his albums but I'm fairly certain that Joel is an accomplished live producer. I'm not sure what everyone is up in arms about. There 5 stages...if you don't like something, move on.

Eff the hate, I have been listening to EDM for almost 20 years. This guy is a producer, not a DJ. He writes amazing music and there are not too many that are involved in the EDM scene that would disagree with me! Truth, now go write some music if you are going to criticize him and post it here.

He is not a live producer. He is a producer that makes songs so worthy to the public, that he gets to replay these songs for you live, along with nice visuals, for tons of $$$. Not a bad way to live
