i go to tucson about 5 times a year for a show. definitely not worth living there. totally worth the drive for a few shows though.

Worst drivers I have ever encountered. Ever. I stayed in Tucson for a few days then dumped the girl I was staying with and went up to Phoenix. True story. This happened a little over a month ago. Calexico was good at the Rialto, though.

I think there's 3 of us.

We actually do benefit from many bands hatred for playing in Vegas. We'll snag a lot of smaller/indie-type acts that come and play here as an alternative. It's been improving immensely over the 2 1/2 years since I've moved here.

Everyone goes at least 10 miles under the speed limit. I was frustrated when I was making my way out of town. The only redeeming quality about Tucson was this place called Le Buzz. Good food. Other than that, I'd rather not go back.
