What was great about Big Cypress is that there was so much space to roam around. So many things to look at. Since it was on a reservation, police was non-existant, the drugs flowed freely. There was NO noise curfew, bands played until 4-5 in the morning. The late-night shows were STELLAR this year. It was just like being @ Bonnaroo except it was Langerado!

Bicentennial Park? Noise curfew strictly @ Midnight. Right in the middle of downtown Miami which is one of the grimiest parts of this city. There's so much congestion. It's hot as balls, the Langerado weather was amazing. Miami never has amazing weather.

It's so fucked up, this was the year Langerado became a major music festival and it was a smashing success. They just want to sell more single-day tickets. How can they fucking do this? How can they move it to Bicentennial Park? I hate South Florida, I hate Ethan Schwartz and most of all I HATE YOU

Is Bicentennial Park a good place for..Ultra?

I like the place and the way its set up from when I was at Bang.
Its not huge, but not too small either.

It's perfect for Ultra. Ultra is half of friday and all day saturday. Langerado is an eclectic mix of all kinds of bands. The stages will be too close together, there won't be any spots to just kickback and chill and smoke. The undercover cops are everywhere. There won't be any cool art to look at. On top of that, Langerado is 3 full days. They're greedy bastards, HG. They're basicalyl saying they couldnt CARE LESS about what the fans want. Fuck on-site camping, let's make you pay for a hotel in one of the most overpriced cities. Bang was a huge failure, Ultra works only because it's Ultra and has become a staple. I'm not predicting failure, but I wouldnt be surprised

I had been talking to my friends about going to this, and now with the new set up I don't know anymore. Staying at a hotel, getting around the city, blah blah blah, I just don't know anymore. I wanted to camp.

oh chill out you, Phil Lesh was sunday night, I left by then. Disco Biscuits played a late-night set, along with a lot of other bands. I saw the Lee Boys during disco biscuits. Fucking hardcore, bass slapping, booth shaking pure funk.

ticket prices are said to $175-$200, which is more than last year I believe and that included camping/late-night sets. I'm starting to get really angry again. Langerado gave me a reason to be proud of Florida. I don't want PaulB and Sushov coming here, this city is awful. I'm embarrassed of it
