+1 on this.
Bump, because it really needs to go down like that.
I fully support this effort. The new stuff is amazing..can't get Second Lives out of my brain.

Vitalic is playing on February 20th in San Francisco...
At least he'll be in the states, and coachella will probably be asking...
FUCK. YES.
I expect everyone to be there on the 20th...
EDIT: at the Mighty too.... ugh!
Re-EDIT:

Going to this for sure if no LA date appears
I don't get it. It sounds like a carbon copy of every other French electronic artist to me.
If they were at Coachella I'd probably give them a chance, but I am not feeling anything unique about this.
His current live act is pretty goddamn impressive. I had the pleasure of catching it last summer in Belgium. There's a lack of quality video but should he play Coachella, his performance will set that tent off in a big way. Fact. I'm not saying he's the second coming of the Daft Punk but he's got a quality live rig and brings it, hard.
Vitalic has a great sound about him and his latest album is solid all the way through. Flashmob has great energy and his tracks span all kinds of different genres. If he plays during the day I can almost guarantee it will be the best daytime dance you have ever had.
Last years sahara was disappointing to me....
VITALIC would bring everything back to life!
Just listened to Flashmob. I support this thread.
I know nothing about Vitalic.
Just heard Flashmob a few days ago. Would love to see this band.
One above One - sounds like Ladytron ( singer?! ) for the vocals/samples.
"Still" sounds strangely Crystal Castlesish. Video game sounds ftw?
2012: TVotR-Washed Out-Ladyhawke-Adele- Curren$y-JNewsom-Yuck-New Age-Boards of Canada please!
Saved two girls at DFA. Come at me karma.
The Vitalic show got moved to 103 Harriet (1015B Folsom). Tickets go on sale next week. I was looking forward to the show being at Mighty, I really dislike 103 Harriet.
Vitalic's live set is fantastic, he doesn't try to hype up the crowd with a bottle of Crown Royal or some other gimmicky "this is a party motherfucker" tricks. Instead, he is constantly reworking his set as he goes, truly feeling the energy of the crowd to provide just the right caliber for each night.
He is a talented son of a bitch, I'll say that much.
