Surprises this year?

I'm wondering what you people think will be the surprisingly great acts this year. Who's going to blow minds and exceed expectations?

This year I think it will be:
TV On The Radio
The Black Keys
Band of Horses
YYYs (if they can top their 06 performance)

And the ones I'm not so familiar with:
Ghostland Observatory
Bloody Beetroots

We all know acts like MBV will be massive.. Let's talk about who might be waaayyy better than even anticipated.

A lot depends on whether Ghostland gets a night time set. If so, prepare for laser mayhem

-Fleet Foxes at sun set
-Public Enemy closing the outdoor stage

This is a lot of wishful thinking on my part. But with the right set times, all these bands will kill.

Ghostland is big potential, but it might get lost in that Friday lineup. Might be like Gogol in '07...only a small percentage saw them, but they still wound up being one of the most talked about.

Throbbing Gristle should be a huge topic of conversation afterward, but I bet a good chuck of it will be negative.

And also, even though all the hipsters here know what to expect from MBV, that doesn't mean that they won't be a surprise for the majority.

Fleet Foxes, I'm expecting it to be beautiful.

I hope to be surprised by Sahara shows that I can get into and dance my ass off.

Oh Gulnnie, they can't rival Mogwai.. But definitely Interpol or Raconteurs.
Mogwai was a TRUE surprise. TVOTR we expect to be great... the surprise lies in just how great.

BLOODY BEETROOTS for sures! I've only seem them twice. The first time was just a random journey. To my surprise my mind was blown. I def see them standing out, especially for Coach. Don't sleep!!! Bouncy all night.
