I seem to spend a lot of time in the Mohave each year. I love the bands that play that tent. Second to that would be the Sahara, then the Main.
Which stage/tent do you seem to spend most of your Coachella time at?

I nearly always split my time evenly between the Outdoor Stage and the Mojave, with occasional trips to the Gobi and Sahara, and maybe one or two slots at the main stage.
due to health stuff i have usually just hung out at the main stage for the last couple years. i make it to other stages a few times over the weekend, but not as much as i would like! i need to bring my own golf cart, haha...
eh, just hop onto one of the security carts or trash carts. they may take you a little ways...
i do check a few out in Gobi. cornelius was pretty cool in the gobi a few years back. there is just something about the type of bands that play in mohave that appeal to me, i guess.
here's to hoping mike patton and rahzel are in the mohave tent!

close tie between Gobi and Saharha, but I went with Gobi.
love eclectic world music so thats my favorite. always some great shows there
Then I will hold you down and spit her percolations all over you until you're as greasy as the day she regrets pushing your big fat ass out her big fat cunt.
sahara and the do-lab are tied with me
equally amazing![]()
i spend most of time in the mojave. alot of the bands i want to see end up playing there. and i like to stay in there until like 4ish when bands i want to see start playing main or out door. in 2007 i only saw two sahara acts. and they were only partial sets. i saw like 3 songs of lcd and the last 15 minutes of felix da housecat. last year i saw about five acts i think.
lcd soundsystem was bomb in the sahara. can't believe you could actually leave!

about equal time at each with the exception of that smallest tent... i think i have only seen like 3 acts there out of 6 coachellas...

long time so see

because if you spend most of your time at the beer gardens, i have no idea why you paid $265 + fees to do so. if all you want to do is drink, you could just go to a bar and drink cheaper and have a better selection.

I don't really leave the sahara except on occasion
I said the Mohave, because that's probably where I've seen the highest number of acts, but some of my fondest memories have been at the main stage, between Rage, Arcade Fire, My Morning Jacket, Portishead & The Verve.
Beyond that, though, my favorite stage, aesthetically speaking, is easily Outdoor Theatre. But I've just had a lot of bad luck, none of my favorite bands ever get slots there. The only great set I've ever seen there was Sonic Youth, and that's about it really. The National and Decemberists were good as well. Hopefully for my third Coachella things will change.
I tend to spend most of my time at the main stage, though last year it was a close call between main, outdoor, and mojave. I'd like to spend some more time in the Sahara this year.
In '08 it was almost always going back and forth between the Mojave and the Main Stage, with one/two stops at the Outdoor Theatre and also one stop at the Sahara. I was really surprised that I didn't even end up in the Gobi at all last year.
HEALTH for 2010

The first couple of years I spent most of my time in the Mojave, with Sahara tent a close second. But, the last couple of years I have seen more acts in the Gobi and also the Main stage. It's pretty evenly spread out. The problem with the Outdoor stage is that if it's a popular band, it's impossible to get a decent spot without camping out all day, so most of the bands I see on that stage are early in the day. Also spent a lot of time watching the water shows at the Do Lab.
I sold my soul to Coachella in the Sahara tent my first year so Suffacated and I make that our starting point at the fest. And if we should get separated during the day while he's working, that's where we meet when he's able to play. Other than that, I like to run amuck and see what tent I end up in. Gotta be honest though...Once the Sahara tent gets my ass dancing, it's hard to break away!
i just purchased my ticket and i know it's still a year away but oh my gosh i am so freaken excited i'm pissing glitter. :O najahed
I love hanging out at the main stage because the crowd is split, there is a barricade, I always find an awesome band by accident and it's the closest stage to the exit and I've always felt it encapulates coachella better than the other stages
i agree. the first thing i do when i enter the fest each day is book it over to sahara and get my energy levels up. then i pop back in over and over when there is nothing else on that i want to see, then take off when the next set i want to see starts. luckily for me, most of those sets are next door...so i don't have to leave sahara too early.![]()

Sounds like a good idea, sin.
Maybe I'll do that this year even though I hate electronic music. I can try to get into it for the festival

Sahara by far.. probably the main stage after that.. Equally tied between the other three.
I wish I spent more time in the Do-Lab, but I am always too busy trying to catch bands/djs/whatever else.
OUTKAST 2014
Röyksopp, FC Kahuna, Télépopmusik, The Knife, RJD2, Futue Sound of London, The Avalanches, 808 State, Zero 7, Tycho, Mr. Scruff
Shit, my vote was a lie. I tallied it up and I've been at the coachella stage more than the outdoor theater. That's due to all the coachella stage camping in 04.
