If they weren't getting such a small set I'd definitely be there. i already saw most of the good coachella bands at sxsw.

Every single one of your posts have been pretentious and pompous. And the saddest part is that it isn't even being done in a troll-like manner.

Well, you seem to care far to much about what I think, but whatever glad to annoy you! If I seem pompous and pretentious to you it must be because you have an inferiority complex.

Yeah, but what if you still want to hear the music, just quieter and clearer?

Do what you have to do. Change rides maybe?

I saw them twice in Santa Monica last year and I'm glad to see them again tomorrow.

Sadly I can't afford Coachella this year, unless I win tickets on kroq or something. I'll have to cancel my Motel 6.

For earplugs I like the Rock 'n Roll or High Fidelity Hearos. I never leave the house without them. Just make sure they're in really well for MBV!

You'd be surprised. I drum with those leightening L3's all the time, and it actually sounds clear! More depth to the lower tones, actually. The sound is still clear.

But I admit you'd look 'amusing' wearing those at an outdoor festival.

Look, I love MBV and have for over a decade, but if its just gonna be an hour of deafening, soupy, "BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNG", then what's the point?

Fuck you all. Consider this my resignation.

Except for the end, they were not as loud as I expected.

When you are outside Ken, sound cant bounce back at you, it goes through you and thats it. AT SMC last year, it felt louder due to that. All the sound richocheted off walls and didnt lose intensity.

There's earlier VHS bootlegs with Dave Conway on vocals at a practice space but that stuff was pulled off of youtube years ago.

I have a VHS bootleg from around this era but the quality is the poorest of any bootleg I've ever seen in regards to audio quality.
