As for how many to sell ... well, GV was stuck with a bunch of prints after the All Points West show, and they didn't sell off the APW site for a LONG time. I assume they will do what ever they need to in order to make sure they are gone by festivals end.

lots! search for a thread called "Show Posters." I think it's in the music lounge. The stuff from Burlesque of North America is excellent and I really like all the posters from Rob Jones. I have a couple from Methane Studios as well.

since i got in before doors opened i was able to get to the merch tent right away and grab a few for friends that were arriving later and may have missed out. not sure why that is a big deal? i may even do the same this year. ooooooh...

I like Guy Burwell's work.

He did the My Morning Jacket poster for their Red Rocks show last summer.

They way they sold the posters there was you went to the merch booth and purchased a wristband (limit of 1), then you had to come back AFTER the show to get the poster.

Merch guy said that's how the band wanted it done to make sure the fans could get one.

He has done quite a few of their posters. I have two myself from their last two PDX shows. They did the wristband thing here too. Great idea.

I hope so! I bought one last year, threw it in my locker and will frame it one day soon. The posters Emek did for 2007 went for the most on ebay, probably from winning that award for it. People wish they could sell the 08 ones for close to the same amount but are lucky if they get over $100

Get there early on Friday and buy it before the prices raise. That's my plan.
