Saw them a couple weeks ago in NYC and thought they were terrible. Third time seeing them and definitely the worst. Their stage presence has gotten a lot better but the sound was awful and I don't like their new songs. Seems like every performance is different though so who knows?

They're hit or miss. I thought they were OK in '10 but then I saw them that fall open for Muse and they were awful.

they were pretty fun at osl. The sound on that stage sucked so it's hard to get a real feel for them. His voice definitely doesn't sound as good as on record .

I actually enjoyed their 2010 show quite a bit, but they were the first band that weekend that I was really pumped to see at my first Coachella. So that probably heightened the experience I guess.

I saw them at the Bowl and overall I enjoyed the performance. I thought the band was totally on point and really really good, but the vocals were lacking a bit.

Hot Chip was solid. Nothing spectacular, but a very solid show that turned into dance party pretty quickly.

I was there to,o it was a fun show. I liked the mix of people in my section who were stoked for Passion Pit and then when Hot Chip came on they got confused and left. Loved Hot Chip.

It was the exact opposite. Just about everyone sat through Passion Pit or didn't even bother to show up until after they were off stage. Then the first few notes of Hot Chip hit, they all erupted, and then suddenly I realized I was one of only like 5 straight people in the entire section.

Haha yea my fiance and I also noticed that there were a lot of gay guys there. I have no problem with this what so ever, but having to walk by them to go to the bathroom and hearing "hey cutie," 3-4 times was pretty funny.

i really enjoyed their set in 2010 as well! Really hoping they'll be at Coachella again in 2013.
