Joel Gion? What a ham that guy is, never seen so much posing onstage before. I loved it.

Seems to be a bit of a britpop revival of sorts out there. 'Dog is Dead' with Longpigs' Mobile Home record nicked name, Crispin Hunt sounding vocals. Not sure what's up with all the singers though, but these blonkers haven't released a proper record so who knows.

Viva Brother’s ‘David’ is about as close as you can get to a very good Menswear song. Catchy, I think. I'm sure I'm easy to please, cus I love all that shit.

NME reporting Viva Brother broke up and released a song on the same day. Like Patricia Arquette, I like the singer's teeth. Bring on album two!

From Brother to Brother (UK) to Viva Brother to broken up. The rise and fall of a band we never got to really know

I got to know em actually, but wish I would have gone to the Fresno show. Having lived in Fresno for a few months I can only imagine there were five or ten people in the crowd with five of them farmers drinking Bud stationary on barstools and in walks a gangbanger wearing red. Their first album had some tracks (Otherside, David, NY's Day).

May do a britpop compilation here without being coaxed. We'll see.

The same thing happened to Suede, Charlatans, etc. It should be "if you're shite, then we're taking your name" instead of all the copyrights and legal ramifications.
