How many others here went in 2001? I was expecting Aphex Twin, but found out at the gates that he had cancelled or something. Then I found out Iggy Pop was there, so that mollified me somewhat. Then my ticket fell out of my stupid Adidas track pants and I had to buy another one! And halfway through the afternoon I lost my friends and didn't find them until closing.
Other than that, though, it was a mind-blower of a festival. Awesome music, great vibe.

Dude, was that your ticket I found? Holy shit, I can't believe we finally met. Yeah, I saw your ticket laying on the ground, which was great because I showed up in 2001 with nothing in hand. Turned out to be great show, Iggy fucking rocked.
