once again I upgraded my computer with another free machine, and as I was backing up and swapping files I came across theses.

I've been looking to get into photography just as a hobby. I bought a Canon SX10 IS as I was going to go to Japan this past January (which never happened, but it did make going to Coachella that much easier) and didn't have the skill, desire, or money to shell out for a SLR. I'm still messing around with it, albeit it not as much as the weeks before Coachella. I really don't know how to use it much outside of the point-and-shoot and a couple of other options. If anyone's willing to give tips, please do.

Anyways, here's a couple of my favorites from Coachella.

I always wanted to do that pinewood derby stuff, but I never wanted to do anything else that had to do with scouting. I had no idea there were competitions outside of that. I guess the silver #2 is yours? The two-tone wood one is awesome too.

The Tiki bar won 2nd best in the creative design catagory (behind the robot), and 10th out of 40 cars in the race itself.

I did two cars this year. Third from the left in this photo. (paint got dinged in one of the championship heats by running into the track stop)


I also did the Red/Gold funny car.
