Can anyone recommend a fairly priced hotel in walking distance to Grant Park?

The hotel me and my friend stayed as was reallly nice Marriott....except it was in Elmhurst.
Which was a short cab ride + train ride + walk to the festival.

I no longer rely on him to buy me tickets or book hotels because he's unreliable in that.

I will be throwing a party on my roof top one of the Lolla nights. I am more than willing to have Gino's, Pequads, and of course Lou's delivered to my place.
