Ya'll (heheh) need to listen to these lyrics today while you are getting your act together. cr****

It's time to leave this rat race chant down babylon
Keep my head straight, keep my family movin' on
Find my own pace, create my own space
Detach my whole scene from this wicked rat race
The two-faced friends, the snakes in the grass
Daddy always told me there'd be men like that
So watch your own back keep your eye on your stacks
Don't ever write a check that that ass can't cash

Ah yes, because nothing demonstrates eloquence like using the phrase "rat race" twice within four lines.

You're right and maybe it's as simple as 1 + 1 = 2 so I have more reasons to be in a good mood most of the time. Just because you are not there yet is just a time thing, maybe. I don't believe the pundits that say the best has already happened. You guys have a pretty good future if you quit fucking it up. I would feel bad for you if it's only down hill from here but it's not, so smile Miss C .... cr****

This. I'm so tired of hearing that us young "lazy" kids are so entitled and causing so many problems when the past three generations have done nothing but kill each other, kill other people, kill the environment and kill the economy. There's one thing they could kill to make life easier for us.

I had my laser eye surgery done yesterday and am amazed how clearly I can see. Since I was so nearsighted things close up are still a bit blurry but my distance vision is amazing. Almost no pain except a bit sore by the edge of my left eye. So relieved and happy. And I pick up my new car on Monday!!

pretty chipper actually and posting away. Weee. Rolled three joints getting ready for offroad motorcycling in Hemet tomorrow. Any LA/OC/Riverside people should head out there right now as the landscape is incredible (hiked Idyllwild last week). Gilman Springs road there and Ramona on the way back. These giant open green landscapes with pristine snowy mountaintops in the background. So amazing.

Received my Coachella package today AND just got scheduled for an interview for Thursday! This job will allow me to take home about an extra $1,000 (after taxes) per month.

I don't think this will be too nerve wracking. I used to work with the Marketing Director, CFO and CEO of that company. I just need to come up with a good excuse to leave my current job for a couple hours.

I never had to do that, but as a boss I would not have questioned "Can I have a couple of hours off because I have to take care of some PERSONAL business I can't do after work." Flash a smile and I would just say, of course, but that's just me..... cr****
