    surfed Newbreak today, the best wave at Sunset Cliffs. Can't believe people venture out there with goon cords. Do it at the wrong time and get slaughtered. Saw a couple legends.

    My girlfriend is prepared to buy property, and when she does we're going to move in together. We saw several places this weekend that we both liked a lot, and it looks like she may make her first offer on a particular place this week. This is extremely exciting, as I am very much looking forward to getting out of the Mexican suburbs and being more in the city, and this is coinciding nicely with everything about my current house becoming filled with incessant drama and going to absolute shit.

    My birthday was yesterday, and I had a pretty great one. I ditched all my classes, wrote a paper, went out to dinner with my dad, got an awesome cake (see below) and had some beers with my best friends.

    I just got my renewal bill for my car insurance and it dropped $40/month. The stupid tickets I got from the cameras on the freeway have finally fallen off my record. YAY!

    I was just as excited when APS released a portion of my deposit they have held for over a year. I don't have to pay electric bills for 2.5 months. It's like finding money in the wash machine. Whoot.
