It was blistering hot that year too.
It was one day and it was crazy hot. Not as hot as the Pixies though

It was surreal for me to see The Pixies; a band that soundtracked my years of college with me thinking they were done as a band.

Coldplay will be at the Gorge July 11th, so that will probably take them out of the running for Sasquatch.

I live in SF proper and don't have a car, so it's not really cheaper for me to rent and drive. Plus there is more of an issue with time off work than money this year. (I realize that's a good position to be in, I'm not complaining really).

Just bought my bonnaroo tickets this morning and am still planning Sasquatch if and only if the lineup is excellent.

Might be, but I'm sure there could be much worse performers billed for this event.

Quick question... Is there a limit of people per car? If its $40/day, will it cost $120 for all of us no matter what? Thanks

Awesome, thanks. Also, the camping pass is only for Sat - Mon, then do you have to stay somewhere else on Friday night? Or can you camp there on Friday night too and just pay at the door?

The Friday camping is not sold online like the other days, nor is it discounted. You pay $40 per car at the gate when you get there.

I would highly recommend getting there Friday night. First off, you will get a better camping spot closer to the venue, which makes it easier to find your way back in the dark after the show. Second, you will have better access to multiple honey buckets. Third, Friday night is a bigger party since it starts late afternoon and ends early morning. Each other night, the parties don't really get going until after the headliners are finished around midnight. Plus the energy at the "anticipation" party is unreal. Each other night, there are people worn out from spending all day in the sun, or drinking too much.

    Portable toilets.

While camping I used to mess with my sister and get her to ask my parents if she could ride on the 'Honey Wagon.'

The P.I. blog says "can you say U.S.E. and Truckasaurus."

I sure hope the electronic acts are more expansive than just NW artists.

Turning the comedy tent into a dance tent after hours is a pretty good idea actually. With that being said, I bet the line ups to get into the dance tent will be as big of a gong show as trying to get into the comedy tent last year.

Camping at Sasquatch is amazingly lax. Basically anything goes.
