I don't think it's looking like that at all. If Morrissey headlines, it's going to be on Friday. If he headlines Saturday or Sunday, it's going to be because the act will be: Morrissey performing songs by The Smiths.

I think Nine Inch Nails wants to play low-key things now, don't they?

The Killers could sub-headline under Morrissey on Friday.

That leaves Oasis -> Pulp -> Blur to perform in secret as "The Britpop Triangle" on Saturday, in that order, on the Coachella Stage, and David Bowie on Sunday.

The Smiths aren't playing - the best that can (but won't) happen is Morrissey and Johnny. Most likely just Morrissey.

With Mozzer's new record and new label, he's not going to just throw a new record under the bus for a half-hearted/half-baked reunion anyway.

Yay, I got tickets for Morrissey at the Sunshine Theatre in Albuquerque, NM, on 04/15/08. I've noticed a correlation the past few years; when Coachella type acts play Albuquerque in April, they are at Coachella. I think Morrissey, in some form, will be at Coachella. It'll still be cool to see him at this tiny theatre. The Sunshine is about the size of the El Rey, in LA. Anyway, sorry if I'm regurgetating stuff, I'm just stoked!

I like your Friday (Killers-->Morrissey), Britpop trio Saturday, and Bowie Sunday, although Saturday's order could be argued (but let's not... just enjoy the amazing idea of all three on the same night!).
