I had to work at this hard even now in the middle of the night when there are like a dozen registered users. I thought I had it several times but refreshing showed me that I did not. But then I did have it. And then I lost it very quickly but I did have it for a short bit. So there.

EDIT: Also the posts need to be substantive. The purpose is not to encourage silliness but to reward dedication.

Also I have learned that you can't edit that away. That's why one of my other threads shows a thumbs down Post Icon even though I edited the first post to have a blue question mark Post Icon.

Go to the Coachella Fans page. There is a column that shows who has the last post in each forum (Tickets, Coachella Lounge, etc.)

You get to post in this thread when it shows that you have the last post in each of the 8 forums there. Also you have to have the 8/8 before you post in here.

This is difficult to accomplish especially considering the fact that it doesn't count if you use cheap content-less posts. I mean, currently the 8 forums have 8 different last posters.

There is a "Coachella Fans" section. This, to me, implies at least the possibility of other macro-forums such as "Coachella Workers" and "Coachella Artists" and "Coachella Haters."

So I would not in fact use the quote you are thinking I meant; I would use "message board" to refer to the entire set under the heading "Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival Message Board." Which, admittedly, only shows Coachella Fans for me.

8/8 is nothing. It is but a trivial accomplishment. Sorry to rain on your parade, John, but 8/8 is child's play.

A real achievement is to have the most recent post in every single thread in the Lounge. It was a long, arduous task, but I managed to reach this remarkable milestone the other day.

Next on my list is to have the most recent post in every single thread of all 8 forums. I don't think I'm up to that just yet, I have to step up my training regimen for a while. I hope to accomplish it soon, though, before the old board is shut down and this place is overrun by screaming hordes.

Granted 8/8 isn't much at this exact moment but when this is the only Coachella board and it is hopping say January through May... then it will be quite an accomplishment.

Also don't fool yourself, the every single thread in the Lounge has happened before. Old board, though.
