I found a video on how to put Google Music (and other apps) on a Kindle Fire.
Word of warning: the Kindle Touch has lost landscape mode. Fucking cocksuckers.
Is there an unlock/jailbreak for the iphone 4s so I can use a different sim?
I have AT&T. This is not a issue?
I dont believe jailbreaking is carrier related in any way.
Fucking iPhone..... i'm going to Thailand I see that they came out with a jailbreak within the past few days but I need to figure out how to use a different sim in an AT&T phone. First world problems.
1) Sell iPhone
2) Buy less expensive phone with same capabilities that will let you root and tether without any problems.
My boss would like me to find a good high speed desktop printer that we can use as a network printer for when our big monster printers go down for whatever reason, they are old, it happens often. We want it to be color, have the ability to print up to 11x17 and fairly quick. The color printer we have now takes 5 minutes to warm up before we can print to it and the quality sucks. I went online to research but there are way too many choices with too many options/technical terms I don't know. Does anyone have a good recommendation? Laserjet vs. inkjet? Brand? Anything?
So I'm replacing the harddrive in my laptop.
I need a 2.5" SATA drive. The current one is a FUJITSU 320gb 7200rpm.
What is a brand you recommend? I want to go with a 1 TB at minimum, 2 TB ideally. 7200 rpm.
If you pointed me towards an awesome deal that'd be amazing...![]()
I did a full backup/os install/swapped hard drives out inside my laptop today. Never really done anything with hardware before so I'm proud of myself. Everything appears to be working just perfectly.
if you need multifunction (scan/copy/print) the Samsungs offer a lot of bang for the buck. I'm sure their standard laser printers are quality as well.
In other news I got some Bose QC15 headphones last week. Oh my god. With the glory of noise cancellation there will be no more screaming children on the plane.

i'm still a few paychecks from making this happen, but i would like some sort of tablet device for reading my electronic textbooks, which are PDF documents. do i need a full on tablet to do this or will something like a kindle do the trick? i don't quite understand where the lines are between a tablet and an e-reader.
ask yourself this ''what do I NEED this device for. Do I NEED the extra functionality device A has, or am I ok with the functionlity device B has''. Usually you should get the one with the extra shit. Because what if later on you think to yourself ''why didn't I get that tablet which does 200 extra things and only cost $50 more''.
we'll see how much money i can scrape up. it's just really annoying to read text books on my laptop at home. unless i could use it at work, i'm not sure how much i would really use one otherwise.
only downside is that from my google searches, it doesn't appear you can search for text within a PDF, at least on the nook (my mom has one). any more info is appreciatedoh, and it would have to be color.
Black friday is going to have anything you would be interested in on sale. Or keep checking this site www.1saleaday.com they sell tablets for super cheap all the time.
You can get a rufurbed iPad 2 for $319 on Apple's site.
Another less glamorous option if that's all you need it for is to get a little cheapo netbook laptop

i have a laptop. i have to read like 5 chapters (100+) pages a week for online classes. trying to read off a laptop screen at home is cumbersome. it requires air circulation and the screen is never positioned "just right". hence why i think a tablet would be easier. i could lounge on the couch and get my reading done.
