That comment made you get rid of your Gorillaz avatar eh Backwater?
Backwater listens to everything because he is just cool like that.
we should try and be more like Backwater.
in fact, i'm going to listen to some Daddy Yankee, Herbie Hancock, Boris, Deadboy and the Elephantmen, and Wild Man Fischer just so i can be as well rounded as he is.
zenidog, are you implying that Herbie Hancock and Boris aren't good? I've never heard of the other three you mentioned.

Both, Pink Floyd is one of my top ten all time favorite bands. MMJ is one of my favorite current live bands.
Yeah, I'd say they're my favorite band ever. I've had a couple phases where I liked Tool better. It's between those two for sure.
Yeah zeni, you're a really bad person.
Let's bring this back on topic:
Two AF instrumental covers I made about a year or so ago. One's pretty poor quality; I'd like to redo it.
Animal Collective is so epic.
Before kitt kat replies to Backwater with one of her 8 page rants (no offense kat)...
Opinion - a personal belief or judgment that is not founded on proof or certainty.
Now now now Backwater, we all know you have one of the above and so does kitt kat... This is an Arcade Fire thread, please let's stay on topic.
In all fairness, the amount of bile that must be spewed forth in this thread is going to have to be mighty excessive if it hopes to counter the overbearing pleasantness cast over it by the title.
I fucking OOZE joy and rainbows and puppy dogs and sunshine. I don't know what the hell you're trying to imply.
Patrick's sores weep world peace and general affluence. Once I lanced one of his boils and my hovel turned into a penthouse.
And if you would have kicked me in the groin like I told you to, you wouldn't still be dealing with that termite problem. Always a perfect lady.
LMAO at Hannah and Patrick's remarkable sore-based housing solutions.
Best example of the actual sound of the thing in a song is here:
I had a dream last night that Arcade Fire played a show here in Florida (fat chance!). MissingPerson flew out for it and had an extra ticket and invited me to the show!! I woke up before we even made it to the show but I was excited (in the dream)

That's how good they are, they're like... the Chuck Norris of multi-instrumental collectives.
Less denim and beard though.
