No clue, and they could just be guessing? Who knows. I mean they did film it all, so its not out of the question.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did this to try and make up for the money they lost on the festival.

If it was like Beck and Radiohead full performances on it, it would sell. Other than that, few people would buy it.

I'd only buy it with the full Radiohead show. I heard Beck was not at his best that night.

according to the paper they brought in $800,000, and they are quoting $1 million to put the festival on again next year.

I'd buy it if it for full Radiohead, Primus, and Sharon Jones performances.

I'm not sure how it works, but if the problem was with the P.A., wouldn't there still be a solid feed going to the mixing board where they would take the recording from?

Did Ben Harper play solo stuff or was he with the Innocent Criminals. I only would want to see him if he played with the ICs

There were a shit ton of people there on Fri. and Sat. anyway. If they lost money it was due to poor management.

He played with the IC's, and in terms of material in the set, it was solo and IC songs, as always. With Ben Harper there really isn't much differentiation, except in the live setting, where I guess there's more solos...

There is a full HD recording of Beck's set. I asked the guy if he did Radiohead too and he said no.

will call/ticket line was insane so we went around the side and asked the guys in the trailers to open their doors wider so we could watch their monitors why we listened to the show. They were definitely filming the set.

Listened for half of it up on a hill behind the fence with SF finest bike messengers...good weed. Then started to leave the park and looked in a trailer that had to huge monitors and editing/filming equipment inside. There were a lot of people trying to get a glimpse so they just opened the doors wide and moved to the side, so the people outside could watch it too.
