why does wine give you the worst hangovers? ugh....
If it was red wine, tannins.
My name is Becca. Hi.
My friend that had turkey day at her house was drinking mimosa's all day and then switched to cheap red wine mixed with sprite (ew). I am sure she is feeling pretty shitty this morning. I stuck to bud light lime all day which was perfect for maintaining my healthy buzz. I feel fine this morning.
You gotta make sure to drink water while you drink your poison. You do that, and hangovers are a thing of the past

I got 3 hours of sleep on Wednesday night and had Thanksgiving at 11:00 at my parents. We started drinking at 11:30 and I overserved myself throughout the day. Being drunk with my parents is really fun, I shit you not. I took at nap around 6:00 and woke up at 9:00.....hungover. Fell back asleep at 1:00 and woke up about 45 minutes ago. I think I'm good now. Ugh.
Wine sucks asshole.
I dont drink it, but last night for thanksgiving i had a very very small glass of it just 'cause.
I had to drink it in small sips over the course of an hour.
Id imagine it gives a bad hangover too.

A few months ago, I got incredibly drunk. It was horrible. I wanted to die the next morning. My friends tried feeding me tons of things... but I pretty much threw up anytime food came near me. Then my friend from Thailand told me to eat a Banana. I tried it... and I felt amazing afterwards. I have drunk since then... but next time I have a hang over. I am just going to eat a Banana.
alcohol dehydrates you and kills whatever potassium you have in your body. That is why after a night of drinking too much you tend to get leg muscle cramps. I use to think it was from dancing too much but come to find out it was more to do with the dehydration. So it makes sense that eating a banana would help. I just have never tried that, I do have some electrolyte tablets that help also.
If you don't want a hangover, don't drink wine out of a box or tequila with jose in the name. Cheap drinks = massive hangovers...... come on people...think before you drink.
