Was this a dance set? When he came through last year it was just typical screengazer stuff, but he opened for Sasha in NYC recently and apparently he's releasing a techno album or something?

He did a laptop shoegaze mix, pretty much included all of his album "Goodbye". It was an awesome show. Started late, had 3 shoegaze bands open for him, all of which were great. The venue was tiny - only about 150 people were allowed in. There was no backstage. During the act before us, Ulrich was standing 2 feet from me just enjoying the music and himself. I got to meet him and everything, and for me that meant alot because he's one of my all time favorite producers.
