What do you guys think are the best and worst festivals as far as production, organization and atmosphere?

Everyone knows which one I think is the best, but the worst major festival that I've been to was Lollapalooza. Unless you consider Sunset Junction a major festival. I didn't go to Pemberton but that sounds like an amazing lineup but amazingly bad planning and organization. Thoughts?

Yes, Pemberton was the most gong show awful thing Ive ever seen.... the music was amazing....but having a capacity limit on the electronic tent/age limit...having to stand in line for hours to get in.... it was fuckin awful.... making people park at the airport 10min away from the venue, and make them load all their gear/tents/coolers into school buses and having it be a free for all..... it was a joke.

Lolla is set up nicely... no atmosphere at all though....

Coachella=perfection

I love Sasquatch and how it is set up... 3 stages, all far away from each other, great sound, the only thing against it is there is nothing to do at the gorge...

Hurricane Festival = mud gong show... there are no lights late night, and to get to the other stages you have to walk in the dark through mud, and it just becomes a hassel and not even worth seeing the band who are playing...

That sucks that there's nothing to do at Sasquatch besides the music. I'll still probably go next year because I'm going to 3 big fests next year. I was planning on the two obvious ones plus a return to Langerado but now that they moved it to Miami there's no way in hell I would go to that, no matter what the lineup is. I haven't been to the Gorge yet and if the lineup is as good as it was last year, I'm there.

last year had such an awesome lineup, im still bitter that I didnt go...but I saw REM in Vancouver that weekend, so it was all good...

but Sasquatch is a great festival, go if you have the chance...

Id love to do Ultra next year....but its based on 1 artists touring schedule.
