Personally, I'll take '90s Radiohead over '00s Radiohead any day...
1. The Bends
2. OK Computer
3. Pablo Honey
4. In Rainbows
5. Kid A
6. Amnesiac
7. Hail to the Thief
8. King of Limbs

You try your best to please everyone, but it just isnt happening.
Im just happy that the band write/plays music that they enjoy and have never felt obligated to cater for a particular fan base. I also like their more complicated and dark work which they have expressed extensively in these last 12 years.
"How long will this last, this delicious feeling of being alive, of having penetrated the veil which hides beauty and the wonders of celestial vistas? It doesn't matter, as there can be nothing but gratitude for even a glimpse of what exists for those who can become open to it."
Although I fell in love with Radiohead through Hail to the Thief, I believe their best work was ultimately in the 90's.
Also keep in mind that King of Limbs was released in the '10s, not '00s.

It pains me to say 00's because it leaves OK Computer behind, but HTTT and Kid A together take the cake.
