That show was so fucking great.
fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
Upcoming Shows:
Pitchfork Festival: 7/19 @ Union Park
Mountain Oasis Festival: 10/25-27
Coachella: 4/11-13 @ Empire Polo Fields
I actually considered buying this when it was first announced, as they initially said it would have material from each of the shows in the run up to Hyde Park. Fortunately, no Margate means I won't be overly tempted by this. I'd pick up a DVD of the Parklive concert on its own, though.

Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon are performing together at the Teenage Cancer Trust concerts at the Royal Albert Hall in mid-March, presumably on a date when it wouldn't interfere with the festival in Mexico City.
Ugh....i wish I saw Suede.. I have to admit I would go to the Mexico festival if I had enough friends going.
It seems like Suede was just playing a bunch of festivals this year, including when they went to Mexico. Maybe they'll play Coachella again next year. It would be ridiculously exciting to have them and Blur.
EDIT: Also, woah, new album:

YES!PLUS THEY ARE PLAYING CARAMEL RECENTLY
They just added Afisha Picnic, a festival in Moscow, on July 13. Supposedly other festivals in Europe are also on the cards in addition to those already announced.
ETA...

Picnic Afisha, Moscow, Russia 7/13/13
Oya Festival, Oslo, Norway 8/7/13
this quote from noel confuses me a bit.
he was on tour with Graham? Blur have been put to bed? what?"I’d initially wanted Blur to do it, because they’ve never done it. I was on tour with Graham, and asked him, and he said Blur had kind of been put to bed, it went back and forth, and they said they’d do it. And yeah: 10 years ago, who’d have thought it?"
Really hoping that Blur plays Bestival.
I think Graham's band opened a few dates for Noel a few months ago. Maybe at the time Blur hadn't considered playing again in 2013. Or maybe Graham knew they would and was just being cagey until they were ready to announce it. Graham always comes off as conflicted when it comes to Blur.
It's also possible Noel is perhaps not a reliable source and may have misinterpreted what Graham said. Who knows?
So, remember when this thread was created and the sentiment was largely "oh my god, I'd give my left arm for a chance to see them live" but now that they're playing our favorite festival the sentiment seems to be far more lukewarm?
How did that happen?
