What's with all of the hostility on the board lately? Every single thread seems to deteriorate into pissing matches and needless name calling. Even the most benign of threads will suffer this fate the second someone who is "disliked" by someone else posts something, regardless of what that person is actually posting.

I find it curious that anyone on here could "hate" anyone else based solely on what that person posts on the internet. There are people here that annoy me, there are people here who I rarely agree with, but I cannot say that I "hated" anyone. And certainly their presence in a thread that I'm viewing does not effect me in ways that result in my flaming them simply for being there.

I guess what I'm saying is that this incessant flaming is getting old...fucking old, and is sucking the fun from the board. We're all here to fill boring gaps in our daily lives, can't we just fuck around and have fun without all of the melodramatic clique-based gang warfare?

A perfect example of how to have fun on the board: the accidental ingestion of one's own semen thread. I've never laughed so hard reading a thread where my fellow boardies admit to tasting their own juice...fucking gold!
