Its not that people dont like Jane's Addiction, its just that it seems we have Perry Farrell overkill. The guy is everywhere!!! I'll gladly watch them if Eric Avery is playing with them but if not I will wander off to the Sahara or wherever.............

Same here. Without Perry Coach probably would have died in the beginning and I think Perry being at Coach is a sort of Thank you from Paul.

Perry would be cool spinning as Peretz every year. Satellite Party I tried to stomach but couldnt. Jane's Addiction with Eric Avery only would be cool this year. Or he could do a Porno For Pyros set. It just seems the energy of JA has been wasted the last couple of times because the initial line up was so influential and spectacular. I dont know how the other people feel but that is what I meant by overkill no disrespect intended.

stix n stones baby at least I'm still here...but we agree on the importance of eric's participation that would be the only point for them to do coachella or lolla...there has been a revolving door of bass players and eric contributed to those lyrics and gnarly bass lines that have been lacking in janes since he left...
