If you've ever been to the Troubadour, you'll know how tiny it is. I'm fairly certain that the furthest you could be from the stage would be about 3rd row at a normal arena show because the tiny stage and no guard rail. So, when the band was out, we were standing about 10 feet away. It's still very surreal to think that every other time I've seen them they were in such large, impersonal venues and this time I was in a small sweaty room watching one of my all time favorite bands in such close proximity. The setlist was amazing, they played like a great arena act happy to be in an intimate setting, and it was a great night on all accounts.
