I have to eat great-grandma tomorrow, so I probably can't get around to your answers till tomorrow evening, but keep 'em coming!?
Who are you cheering for in the WC?
No, I don't unfortunately... I used one of these this morning:
The Louis XV was the model I had, would have loved to of used the Round Fluted, maybe one day... but as of now I'm fresh out of Great-Grandmas. If I knock up some barmaid down by the docks I'll have two newly christened great-grandmothers as soon as my bastard child is born. It's an idea, maybe one day...

Actually when I said Temple, I meant the university:
And as for Subheadliners....
Outkast
Gang of Four
Bjork
This might sound unpatriotic, but I'll be rooting for England in the World Cup. I have lots of english relatives on the paternal and maternal sides of my family so from a very young age I have been sucked in. BUT, if it weren't for the Hand of Frog, I would be rooting hard for Ireland. I'm the only one in my family who supports them in my family since my Grandfather died this last year. There is also a big time reason for that:
Because I'm lazy.
The one that got away... well... I can't really think of anything too impacting, amongst the few girlfriends I have had. But, there was a girl I was squiring for a while, whom I mentioned in the bad mood thread a couple months back who had more impact on my life than all girls I've ever become intimate with combined. I could bring up the link (the whole story is there)... but I'd rather not turn this into a sob story. Feel free to quote it here though, if you want to discuss the nitty gritty.
I need to hear more about loosing your virginity in a cruise ship galley.
Is there any food or utensil that reminds you of that day?
Whiskey Sour
2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 cherry
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
INADEQUATE FOLKS, HELP ME OUT HERE
I can answer both of those questions with one answer. I loosed my virginity with a salad tong.
But, in all seriousness, it really was not all that interesting, it was with a very drunk girl a year younger than me. She wanted more booze so we headed to the galley, which was closed. We wandered in there some how, I don't really remember. I DO remember that I was eating an apple while she was riding me, which I still feel pretty cool about. There wasn't a worm in the apple, by the way.
My usual questions:
Cats or dogs?
Thoughts on pancakes? Favorite pancakes, if applicable.
Songs that make you cry?
Cats. I like dogs too, but I have never owned one.
Love pancakes. I normally just go with regular pancakes. I may go with Banana if I feel ambitious.
This is the only song that has made me cry. It was night time... I was home
alone, and it hit me just right. I can't remember if I actually had tears, but I got very emotional.
This one got me emotional the other day for the first time in a loooooong time. Even at the time I realized how silly it was that it put me in the mood for getting soft:
I like that girls face, a lot. I love tattoos on girls, but that one is a bit awkwardly placed, although that is perhaps the point. I'm on the fence about the plugs, I don't really like them, but they seem to suit her. The smile is weakshit. Nice teeth, though. Very nice eyes. I don't know what hangs at the end of that necklace, but I don't really like the chain. As for the tattoo itself... I find it entertaining, but I also see at as a bit ridiculous.

Transportation: Pterodactyl.
Dino meal: Tree Stars? Dinosaurs love those... or do you mean eat other dinosaurs.
Hot Girl Dino Pet: Obviously she has a pet Raptor.
Board Member Dinosaur: Ron
I recently switched to team boxer briefs and I believe I made the right decision.
It is currently raining in eastern Iowa pretty hard, I am currently listening to this album:
Song: After the Flood
It is perfect.
I am glad you didn't say SNES, because then I would never of been able to pick. I loved the NES, even though I only caught the tail-end of it. But, my favorite game on the thing was easily:
You were Scrooge McDuck and bounced on bad guys heads, it was super addictive. The music was really advanced for the time, as well. Hard game.
I also loved Punch Out. Like every other kid.
Probably my laptop, it has my music collection already on it. I can't think of anything else I would really need to save.[/quote]
Steve Albini
Brian Eno
Brian Eno for just the sheer volume of great records. Steve Albini more for the very defined and warm sound his records have. I dunno, I could probably give a better answer than that.
Hmmm... probably going to the triangle library (The Los Angeles Public Library, I just called it the triangle library because it was shaped like one) when I was young 4-7 years old. I really feel like these trips were huge in turning me into a kid who loved to read, which is a scarce commodity these days. It also had a Panda Express.
But, another thing that a group of friends and I noticed one nostalgic afternoon, is that if a kid watched the television program Wishbone when he/she was younger, then he/she grew a love of literature. IF he/she didn't watch the show despite knowing of it, he still hated to read. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, but amongst the people whom I have studied, this thesis always ran true.

Love The Central Library. The Panda employees are very agressive on upselling at that location.
