If we give Florida the axe, this may mean more difficult travel expenses to go to the WMC (something I want to do one year).

Florida is nice, but I guess I wouldn't miss it.

I never thought there would be so much negativity towards florida. I had to live in pensacola for 6 or 7 months and fucking HATED it. I was under the impression that that part of florida was very different from the rest of florida but from reading this thread maybe it isn't....

is Dexter really filmed in CA? fuck was I fooled. I love that show. I actually need to watch the new episode.... now. - although last week's was just meh.

Florida is nice (awesome) only (at least for me) during UMF/WMC and winter season.

Hopefully, UMF will get The Prodigy and The Chemical Brothers in '09. If that happens, I can skip Coachella '09 (especially if 'Roo '09 gets The Cure ...).

Out of all the states I've lived in, I would have to go with Florida. But Disney World/Epcot/Wild Animal/all those other Orlando parks are pretty cool. A very close second would be Arizona - the weather here sucks, pay is the lowest in the country, sales tax is higher than my grandpa's britches, and we are constantly battling with one of the southern states for dumbest in the nation. We have to offer...a huge hole in the ground and lots of desert that is uncomfortable to live in 90% of the year. Yeah, I think I'll change my vote from Florida to Arizona after some thought. Drop us like we're hawt.
