Do these guys EVER tour the USA?!
toured quite a bit in '07 (including coachella - their set was quite the party)
is there a new album coming up?
really? seriously?
I went to their El Rey show summer 07. They were really good
Saw them twice in denver, good british bands hardly ever come through denver. But they were awesome both times, loved them at coach as well.
They played 4 times in Socal in 2007 that I know of:
Echoplex, Coachella, El Rey, and Henry Fonda.
And yes they deserve a thread and anyone who says otherwise is brain damaged. Stop acting like adding threads is a crime against humanity.
the one band I didn't see in 2007 that I now regret.. have you heard the 'GoldenScans - Switch remix'... still love the cowbell on Soulwax's - Gravity's Rainbow remix.. which I hear, they (Soulwax) play live as a band..

Klaxons fucking killed Coachella, hope they come back in 09. They supposedly have a new album coming out around April.
Btw if you like the Klaxons, go check out Late Of The Pier. Now they are a fucking lock for Coachella 09.

I saw 3 of the 4 shows last year. I missed The Echoplex. The Coachella set was the best and the Henry Fonda was the worst. I'm interested in hearing new material.

"Real Drum & Bass is not something that sounds like a 17 year old rock band who have just listened to Slipmatt on their first E & decided to make Drum & Bass" - Marcus Intalex

I bought into the hype surrounding the Klaxons leading up to their Coachella 07 appearance. It has been one of the few times that the hype was justified. I fell in love with their debut album and their set at Coach was stellar.
I saw Klaxons at Rock en Seine last night.
I am hooked.
I've heard Gravity's Rainbow in the past but had no idea who it was.
So Justice stole the sample from the track "Atlantis To Interzone"?
New York Ice Cream TV Travel Good Times
Supposedly they're supporting Arctic Monkeys' SD and LA shows in 3 weeks for anyone interested.
Loved their 07 Coachella set and saw them later that year at the Fillmore.
Underrated.
"All of you coachella 'regulars' have nasty boy pussies and itchy dick4's on your asses.
Why don't you all make like a tree and get chopped down and die. You all have been dreadfully mean to me.
I Hate you. All of you. None of you will ever get to see a womans chest meat or finger blast hott cougies like me.
Fuck you all. Consider this my resignation.
Fair the well, you elitest scumbags."
