I thought I read somewhere that Brock signed a two year extension...so he is likely gonna be around for Summerslam and WM again. And as for the next PPV/feud...I'm guessing they'll eventually go with a Cena/Ryback deal, or Ziggler, or maybe a member of the shield. Not sure where Punk really goes from here. I wouldn't be surprised if Punk took some time off for now.

I thought Punk was actually hurt? Ryback/Henry will drag. Shame they went all this way just to promote G.I. Joe 2. Maybe Taker comes back? He looked to be in good form.

He very well might have signed an extension, I don't pay attention to contract talks so I wouldn't know. Also kind of shocked of the use of the normal entrances this year. I thought they usually went all out for the big match entrances. However Living Color playing live was pretty cool entrance for Punk.

I think Punk is taking some time off...Punk v Cena at Summerslam is possible...I wanted Cena to clock the Rock with the belt soooo bad at the end! Something to save that very forgettable Wrestlemania...Punk v Taker was the only match I loved...it was great...

I got curious about it and just looked it up and yeah he signed a part time two year extension. Also according to the Bleacher Report article I read the contract gives him a World Championship. The same article also says that both Lesnar and The Rock will be working Extreme Rules. However if the plan was for a Cena Rock rematch then why end it the way they did? The article is 2 days old already so maybe plans changed.

I doubt Rock works Extreme Rules, but who knows. It'll be interesting to see what WWE does for the next few months assuming they lose Rock, Brock, HHH, and Taker. Seems like its back to Cena and Punk carrying the company.

    I'm already thinking wrestlemania 30.
    Who is going to retire?
Will punk finally get a WWE championship match at mania?
Where will Dean Ambrose career be? The Shield is so entertaining, but Dean will be the break out star.
I thought the past three Manias have been weak.
I'm hoping 30 will showcase the great new talent they have right now

I think the big variable is if Rock returns for another WM. If he does, he has two matches they could go with:

    a) Rock vs Brock
    b) Rock vs Cena III (really hope this wouldn't be the case)

If they go with Rock/Brock, then that leaves Cena vs Taker, and likely HHH vs Punk as the other big two (and likely Orton/Sheamus in the WHC match).

And if they went with Rock/Cena III for some odd reason, then we'd probably get Taker/Brock, and again probably HHH/Punk or something similar.

Now if Rock doesn't participate at WM 30, then that would likely mean they either put Cena/Punk together one more time for the WWE title and have Taker face Brock, or they could still go with Cena/Taker, and maybe have Punk/Brock (would be a weird match if you ask me), but then I don't know where that would leave HHH.

I personally think they need to go with Cena/Taker, given that its the biggest match they have left, but they also need to grant Punk his WWE championship main event/closing match (but no way he could close a WM with Cena/Taker on the same card). Part of this is I feel that Taker has two opponents left, Cena and Brock. There is no one else even credible enough left for him to face (I don't think they ever go with a Rock/Taker match for some strange reason).

    Way confusing at this point.

I think we will for sure see a Brock/Punk match. Them being against each other and how Heyman would react is a story line in it's self. Otherwise I think they would have done something like Brock come back and help Punk beat Ryback instead of doing the whole Maddox thing. I mean they are saving the being on screen together for a reason right?

Id like to see Cena/Punk at WM.
Punk deserves that WM Closing match.

    Cena/Taker would be huge.
If the streak is suppose to be broken, I see Cena as the guy who does it.

As for the WHC at WM30 I would like to see Orton/Ziggler.

    Wrestling is a family pastime.
I know its just entertainment but I love it. No shame

They should start the show with CM Punk's music and nothing happens, then #BNB comes out like "If you are expecting CM Punk tonight, I've got some BAD NEWS!"

Also Bray Wyatt is the best gimmick in a long time. I swear the commentators we falling asleep the whole time. They need new people to sell matches.

Lose to Punk, only for him to walk out less than a year later. I don't think Punk appreciated being in a streak match if you ask me. Just my humble opinion. And I can't get behind Bray Wyatt either. I think the whole character sucks.

Maybe it would of been more incentive down the line? Either way WWE is going to continue to be garbage. I think Wyatt's psychology is pretty good. I could give a shit about any of the other uninteresting storylines.

Taker had to lose it at some point. And this insane Daniel Bryan gave creative the best chance they had to end the streak without souring Wrestlemania. Shame it was Lesnar, but at least Heyman was involved.

Also, Wyatt is just great. Good wrestler and he plays his gimmick well.

Agreed. An excellent PPV. All it lacked was Cena going full Austin-At-End-Of-Wrestlemania-17-Insane-Heel

I thought it was a good event save for the Taker match. Undertaker apparently got legitimately injured in the match. I thought he look the worst I ever seen. It's a shame the streak was broke by a part time guy.

Bray Wyatt is a great character, gimmick and he's a good in ring performer. I'm a fan. Cesaro and Roman Rains are going to be great singles competitors and have long careers. They need to do some better writing. Some things that need fixes. Bring back some meaning to the titles for one. US and IC belts should unified. Then the champions should be forced to defend those belts once a month. The tag division should continue to improve, the Uso's are a solid team with ability. Raw should be cut back to 2 hours.

Anyway, great PPV. 8.5/10. HOF fame was also great. Those speeches were pretty long in some cases but that Mr. T speech was hilarious. I was entertained throughout the entire thing.

Last night's Raw was excellent. That crowd was the best crowd possibly ever in the history of Monday Night Raw including the Attitude era. Both the in ring talent and the announcers looked and sounded surprised by it. About an hour in King asked "are the fans just going to root for bad guys all night?". This was an educated crowd on point about every single thing. The Wyatt's pop was almost as big as Daniel Bryan's and The Shield. The show was great too. I am actually an all out fan of this shit again and not some disgruntled onlooker pining away for the old days. As I said, there are definitely things they need to improve upon but everything in New Orelans has been absolutely fun as hell to watch. Including that HOF ceremony.
