I got one of these suckers at the Melvins Lite show at the Masonic Lodge. it's by Brian Ewing. It looks INSANE in person. You can see the full outer image or the skeleton depenging on the angle, or both at the same time when looking head -on. It's really impressive. And it was only $20!



It's a compliment to the Bride of Frankenstein piece he did for a Swans show in Dallas last month. I might need to track that down and hang up the pair.

Does anyone know where I can find a poster or a print of the city of Manchester (UK)?
I'm looking for maybe an aerial night shot or a cool looking map of the city for a gift.

Everything Ive ever seen of specific english cities involves theor football time, and a quick look where I frequent just shows me a ton of United stuff. There were some cool map posters of Los Angeles and SF I saw recently breaking up the districts up with typography. Wonder if there is something like that for Manchester, I'm sure there is for London.

The Primus poster from the Wiltern show. The pictures doesn't really do it justice, it is done in a metalic gold in that give's it an amazing look in the light.

Right. And of course it makes more sense to me now that you said they are preparing to record again. Anyway, I am excited for more live Mastodon. I didn't get to see them tour for their last album, but have seen them play many times before that. I'd be very happy if they were at FFF
