No problem. There's been a big growth in the movie and art print scene and a decline of interest in the gig posters (at least I think) which kind of got it all going, so its all kind of mixed together on all the sites. Share what you find![]()

I think the huge blow-up of the "low brow" art scene starting about 10 years has to do with that. Gig poster and graffiti artists started getting the ability to show off in ways other than their niches, in a huge part to the designer vinyl toy scene. It's awesome how much great stuff is available now.

I love the idea behind this... not sure how I feel about the finished product though.

It is a 20" x 30", so its got more room for all thats going on then a regular gig poster. EMEK definitely stepped outside of his box on this one.

Tyler Stout Black Keys - metallic inks
This tour of theirs is insane for posters. If you check the 2nd post on this page over on EB you can see them all http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewt...9298&start=375
Hey, so is anyone a City of Lost Children fan? I have an extra print from a screening of it that Ken Taylor did. As my own copy is already framed, I hate seeing this just sit in the file while someone thats a fan of this awesome movie could be enjoying it. I'm thinking I want to sell it and ship it for $55 total, which I think is fair since it was $75 for it and exclusive to the screening. Or you can send me a message. It's really awesome in person as the red is a ruby metallic ink. If you are interested and would like pictures I could take some maybe. Let me know.
Numbered run of 245.
"here is the regular version for one of my favorite films of all time - THE CITY OF LOST CHILDREN - its an 8 color 24 x 36 silkscreen printed by the fine folks at d&l for the mondo mystery movie at the new beverly theatre in LA last night." - Ken Taylor
I don't plan on doing this often, but if anyone isn't into me trying to sell something in here let it be said and I'll remove my post. Thanks.

Not a show poster but a pretty cool Daft Punk poster, glow in the dark:
Also in green.
Tyler Stout is having the lottery sale for his Black Keys and Wrath of Khan prints if you'd like to enter to buy one. http://tstoutinfo.blogspot.com/2012/...s-norfolk.html
Anyone have any info on this year's Coachella poster? Is Emek doing it again or someone else?
Yes, Emek is doing it again this year. He recently tweeted about finishing it.
Too bad its going to cost $500.
The regular was $75 and the red variant was $175 in 2011

Jay Ryan sale. Bunch of posters at $16. The Bird Machine is handling the shipping, fab just gives you the deal.

Emek posted this preview today. I surmise that its the print for Radiohead at the Santa Barbara Bowl, with the "Nederlander Concerts" and EMEK's past relationship with the venue and band. I have no idea how this is printed but the texture looks crazy in the picture.

Thanks cutter for the heads up on the Mike Mitchell prints! I think i'll head out over to the gallery on Wednesday
I have several mint show posters that I'm looking to sell. Figured I'd ask you knowledgable peeps in here, what's the best way to do that? Expressobeans?

Of course! I got these 3 myself
I know some have sold out so if you are concerned about that you can order them online for the same price, then chose in store pickup at melrose for free and grab them when you get over there. The pictures I've seen are all pretty true to the jpgs being giclee prints if not more vivid. I'll get over there before it closes on the 28th to see the original pieces for sure.
Well, if you just want to list them in this thread then post the print jpgs or your own pictures and set a price or take PMs for offers, not as big of a deal or as big of an audience but you could hook someone up you know. If you have something people are searching for regularly I'd go eBay, and then use expressobeans to get the widest amount of people looking at them but be aware the pricing on there is usually lower. There is a 30 day period they ask you to wait before making a for sale/trade thread so may not work right away if you dont have an account and your collection listed (which is easy enough to start doing) http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewt...p?f=10&t=34448
Awesome, thanks!

I don't love the head against that really simplified sun that much, but overall that's really amazing, especially the bottom half.

that poster would be way cooler if it was just the bottom two thirds... like from the elbows down.
