love the Queens. saw em 3 times, each time they create a tornado on stage. Anything Homme touches is gold IMO
saw em Halloween night during a crazy rain storm in LA. The greek was all decked out like a huanted house, but it was pouring so hard it was difficult to enjoy the show. and leaving the greek that night was straight up crazy, even more than it usually is. The Cramps (RIP) opened the show and were fantastic.
saw them open for NIN at the hollywood bowl and it was one of the best shows I've been to.
Saw them at the Ventura theater as well. had a bunch of drinks, walked 5 minutes from my house and to the show. great fun, great pit, totally don't remember really anything else

Then I will hold you down and spit her percolations all over you until you're as greasy as the day she regrets pushing your big fat ass out her big fat cunt.
Can't disagree with this. One of the few bands I can say is truly unique, and yet, doesn't really play anything outside of good old fashioned rock n roll. They are true classics of this era I think.
It's funny, as many times as I've seen them, (and I'm not exactly obsessed with them like I am other bands), I think they're the one band I'd kill to see on the polo fields now more than any other... outside of BSS of course... it's a shame it's been so many years. They belong in the fucking desert.
Todds sister is an alien....ohhhh welllll

Sounds like a nightmare in the best way possible. This is my number 1 band, has been for a loooooong time, always will be. Just inked one of their logos on me, that's how dedicated I am to the cause. I don't do band tattoos, except for this band because of how special they are to me. The one exception.

Sick, this is awesome JustSteve
Audio 6 and 7 are going to be apart of some great songs
I couldn't do band tattoos. I have no clue where I'm gonna be with respect to music years down the line.
Really happy that Nick is back!

Well, he's not really back, just on a couple tracks from what i've heard.
I'm the same, but have been on the Queens wagon for 15 years, pretty much since day 1 hour 1, that shit ain't gonna change. Many other bands have come and gone, and I never considered making any of them a permanent part of me. Queens aren't going anywhere, too much meaning for me. Plus, it's the pitchfork logo off of "...Deaf", so it just looks damn cool no matter what.

Yeah, it sounds like he and Josh have reconciled. Pretty awesome that he called up his old friend to be on the new album, extending the olive branch and all. Josh had to do what he did to protect the music, the band, back when he kicked Nick out and it seems like Nick really was out of control. Luckily with age people tend to mellow and move on, put that stuff on the back burner.
Ever read Nicks take on the whole hostage situation he was in a couple years ago? Pretty funny.
It's on, I will be hitting so many shows on that tour:

I can't wait of this album. Really hoping they play OSL.
I'm guessing they'll tour the US starting mid-August. Osheaga will probably be the first date for North America.

I thought Nick was back in the band? He only recorded with them? Excited to hear a track with Alex Turner...
Any word on Dave touring with them again? I really hope so.
Not a chance.

Yeah I just read a Rolling Stone article. That's unfortunate. Perhaps Jon Theodore will be the touring drummer? Wouldn't be so bad...
Josh lives in the fucking desert. Why aren't they on the lineup this year?
Watched their set online from Lolla Brazil and they just destroyed, such an amazing performance. 1 new song, as well. Amazing job by ex-Mars Volta drummer Jon Theodore, as well. Seems like he'll be a good fit.
