That's what I thought too, until our PR person offered to review my resume for me, and told me to totally reorganize it! She recommends that I change the order to:
1. Employment History (only titles, companies and dates but no duties)
2. Skills & Experience (duties, accomplishments, abilities)
3. Education
4. Grants/Fellowships/Awards
5. Languages
6. Computer Skills
7. Community Service & Professional Organizations
She also says that I should completely delete my section for publications and presentations. I am so confused.
