Anyone dig this? I loved Rabbit Fur Coat and this solo definitely is missing some things. Almost sounds more Rilo Kiley than anything else. Only heard half the album so far. Anyone else hear it yet?

It's good, but doesn't have what RFC had in terms of that alt kind of sound. If feels a lot more rock-ish, which I wasn't expecting but like at times from her. Some tracks are wonderful (The Next Messiah, See Fernando) while others feel more like filler tracks (Black Sand, Jack Killed Mom), so the album isn't as cohesively good as she is capable of, but I think if you really enjoy the first one, a couple of of spins from this one will have you enjoying the songs more. It's just different.
