If there's Coachella to be had, I'm gonna have it
That's fucking awesome.
Great job!
Fuck it: NIN/HTDA/Trent Reznor>IceyHot's sex life
January thru April 29th - The worst time of the year here.
Thanks guys, glad you enjoy it. Had to fix a couple minor bugs, but you guys can go back to wishing for Radiohead now, haha. And maybe it deserves its own thread, maybe tomorrow, unless one of you want to roll with it.
Not even 24 hours into it being live, and already there are 341 more wishes made this year, than ALL from last year's page. Wow. Glad that some of you like it. Wonder if the magic 1,000 can be reached shortly?
Very, very cool!

Um just a quick update...I added a new feature to the site that I think is cool and hopefully some of you do too (I spent a couple weeks perfecting this/trying it out)...anyway real quick, I call it "I Was There".
Basically, if you are signed up for my coachellarecordings.com site, then when you are logged in and visiting a band performance page (say chem bros from 2011 for example, or Aphex from 2008) - whatever the case, when you're on that page and logged in you will now see a button that says "I Was There"...if you click it, it will add that show to your list of Coachella performances that you were at. Because haven't any of you ever been in a convo with someone where they ask who did you see that year or this year or whatever, and you had a hard time remembering everyone and wishing you had some master list you could go to and get your answer? (I know I have)
Anyway, you are free to add any peformance from any year that you were at to your list by simply clicking that button...if you made a mistake and realized you weren't actually there, you can just click the red "X" that appears, and it will delete it from your list.
The best part though is you can export this list for use on your own...say you want to print it, export to excel, share it with a friend etc...there's options to export/download the list as a .CSV file and a .PDF file (just by going to your member page > I Was There link). Anyway, I thought it was cool and useful, and hopefully 1 or 2 of you do as well![]()
Nice. Just signed up. You still need to fix the image section of "2011" by the way.
EDIT* Bassnectar was there in 2007? Huh.

The Black Angels - 5/22 - Hotel Congress
Devo - 5/24 - Rialto Theatre
I like the new feature Erik, so that's 1.
I'm a reasonable man, get off my case....
Gotta start somewhere I suppose.
EDIT* Ugh, now I have to go through all the bands and rate their performances.

Coachellarecordings.com turned 5 years old recently (can you believe it's already been that long?)....and to celebrate I'd thought I'd let all of you know (though if you're a member of the site, you should have gotten an email) that I made a special page/section for this occasion.
http://www.coachellarecordings.com/timeline
There you can see a special timeline I made mixed with the site's and Coachella's history (starting with our humble beginnings), along with a few selected sets for your downloading/listening pleasure, and a place to leave some shout outs if you feel so inclined (or not). Anyway for those that might find it interesting, or enjoy the site in general, feel free to take a look. I'm happy to have had my site going strong for 5 years, and I hope for many more years to come.

Just finally launched the mobile version of my site (if you have a supported device - iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Android devices, Kindle Fire) you should be automatically routed to the mobile version. I'm still going to be adding features and what not to it soon, but I wanted to get it launched finally. The goal was to just make it quicker and easier to navigate while on the go, so emphasis was placed on searching and browsing bands and displaying the relative info. Anyway, for those of you that check it out, hope you like it. Again, you'll just need to visit http://www.coachellarecordings.com on your device and you should be good to go.
Do you have any videos of weekend 2 performances?
Fuck
