Damn that's harsh...

I went to an X-Games a few years back when they held it at the Staples Center and during one event at the half pipe, some girl in the audience took an errant skateboard to the head. Girl was bleeding more than a IndyMac account. I guess she made it through though, because there was nary a report of a fatality in the L.A. Times the next day.
