Haha I love Pete. Though, I have zero interest in college football, so I had no opinion of him until he came to Seattle. Obviously what he and John Schneider have done for the team have been magnificent so far.
If you guys hate Pete Caroll now just wait until he hoists that trophy.
You sure don't see 67,000 people turn out for an MLS match in any city in America other than Seattle.

Frankly, I'm concerned that Telesco isn't able to assess talent on the defensive side of the ball. He hit it out of the park on his offensive draft picks (Fluker and Allen) and signings (Woodhead and Dunlap) but his defensive moves were clear misses. Between that and McCoy's utter refusal to let the offense try and win the game instead of punting on 4th and 2 within the opponent's side of the field and rely on the defense to hold, I don't know if we're going to make it back to the playoffs for a long time.
I can't really judge Te'o, or any rookie just yet. We don't really good a good idea how good draft picks are until about 3 years later, no matter how good or bad their rookie season too. Te'o had a rough start but he's progressively gotten better, just not as quick as we had hoped. All rookies need to be given time. I mean, look at RG3. People were ready to hand him a crown last year and look how far he's fallen. Spiller was seen as a bust too until he finally got a chance to start.
Anyways, I'm not ready to codemn the Chargers after one year with the new staff. There's definitely room for improvement and saying that they're doomed after this season is really jumping the gun.
