You're not the only one... they need to frustrate/get to Rodgers early on Sunday to win, then we'll see. Even if they do that, I still see 10-6 being their ceiling this year and eeking out a win in the WC round. Nothing more.

They're probably the 3rd or 4th best team in the conference. Denver and Houston are obviously better.

Even with Pittsburgh's early struggles, Baltimore's identity issues, and Cleveland being.. well Cleveland, I still don't have faith that they'll just cruise through their own division. Something about that team just rubs me wrong, maybe it's Dalton's blandness, idk..

Any time I bothered to check in on the game last night* Dalton was throwing an errant pass, then looking around like a red headed step child.

*Isn't that the worst match imaginable? Bengals on national tv. Great.

Agreed. He looked pretty solid against the Bears, but on Monday night he did nothing to stand out from the middle of the pack QBs he is grouped with. Myopic locals on the radio shows here keep talking about how he's such a big step up from Carson - but I don't see it. He's erratic, nervous, still looks like a rookie out there far too often. He's the main reason we're 0-2 in the playoffs the last two years. Dude needs to get his stuff together quickly this year.

Not only does Denver play in the weaker conference, but they drew the weakest NFC division on their schedule this year. It would've been nice to see them play some of the more formidable NFC teams.

All they really need back there is a big arm to chuck it downfield to AJ, stretch the field and all the middle stuff will open up. Green is such a rare talent to get wasted on someone who can't get it to him.

AJ Green has over 2,600 YDS in just two seasons and his QB can't get him the ball?

During big games? No, he can't. Look at Dalton's stats during the playoffs, or against decent Defenses over those two years. If Dalton was as good as the idiots in town say he is, AJ would have 3000+ yards since coming into the league.

no, AJ Green is so good he gets the ball himself. He wills it to materialize in his hands.

I was mainly alluding to Dalton's lack of arm strength, Green bails him out often on jumpballs as well.

It's an interesting strategy. Nothing like running your best player out of town to jumpstart an 0-2 season.
