Way too much draft coverage this year. Flipped channels and ESPN was showing a mock war room "on the clock" scenario for the Vikings third pick. ("Miami called. They are offering their eighth and seventy-third draft choices. What do we do?"). It was ridiculous.

Yep. Over-saturation is one of the reasons why I prefer the NBA/MLB.

As a Notre Dame fan who's watched every snap the kid has ever played, I can say with confidence that he's the best wideout in the draft. Kid liked to party, that's the only reason everyone has Blackmon rated ahead of him. If the Bears can get him at 19 it would be a steal, the coaching staff would just have to make sure he didn't do any clubbing with Brandon Marshall.

Yeah that trade is getting hotter by the second, apparently the Jets are ready and willing to give up their entire draft this year and next (like the Falcons did last year) for Richardson.

EDIT: I guess they're targeting Chandler Jones, who many analysts have projected the Hawks taking at #12. Carroll and Schneider have made a killing in the later rounds so they may be open to acquiring more picks.

I have always found Floyd superior to Blackmon when it comes to getting away from the secondary and making tough catches but Blackmon has that explosiveness after the catch that a lot of the teams picking in the top 10 are yearning for. If I was a GM and needed a WR I would trade out of the top 10 and pick him in the early teens, Floyd is one hell of a producer, a great red zone WR, and blocks like a tight end.

His character issues seem like an immaturity thing, clearly he is not nearly as bad as Vontaze Burfict or Janoris Jenkins... Dude is a fucking work horse.

I heard Bellichick really values the fuck out of Jones and Barron and if either one of them are available at the 12 or 13 spot they may strike a deal. So weird to see them possibly trading up. Bill never values premium picks.

Chandler Jones is this years Aldon Smith, he is a fucking monster but teams don't think he's explosive enough as other big name picks who played for bigger programs. I feel like he will overshadow all of the "elite" DE picks in this draft.

if the jets mortage everything for richardson watch the fuck out they are back in contention. the only thing i see is the vikings fucking up their future by picking the wrong kid. it's the safest bet to take kalil to keep ponder off the grass but being in the nfc north a good corner woud def. help out the offense.
