While ESPN's mock war room is ridiculous, I'd LOVE to see the Vikings' actual war room on draft day. After their draft history, and their potential to not draft Kalil, I can only imagine the panic and subsequent high comedy.

So there was a rumor reported on ESPN that the Jets were looking to trade up to the Vikings' or Browns' spot to get Trent Richardson. If that happens with the Vikings what happens to Kalil? How far does he fall?

I would love for Michael Floyd to fall to the Bears, though that's probably looking pretty unlikely at this point.

    Rams at the very worst.

Yep. Over-saturation is one of the reasons why I prefer the NBA/MLB.

As a Notre Dame fan who's watched every snap the kid has ever played, I can say with confidence that he's the best wideout in the draft. Kid liked to party, that's the only reason everyone has Blackmon rated ahead of him. If the Bears can get him at 19 it would be a steal, the coaching staff would just have to make sure he didn't do any clubbing with Brandon Marshall.

Yeah that trade is getting hotter by the second, apparently the Jets are ready and willing to give up their entire draft this year and next (like the Falcons did last year) for Richardson.

Barron will never be around at #12 anyways so it's a mute point.

EDIT: I guess they're targeting Chandler Jones, who many analysts have projected the Hawks taking at #12. Carroll and Schneider have made a killing in the later rounds so they may be open to acquiring more picks.

I have always found Floyd superior to Blackmon when it comes to getting away from the secondary and making tough catches but Blackmon has that explosiveness after the catch that a lot of the teams picking in the top 10 are yearning for. If I was a GM and needed a WR I would trade out of the top 10 and pick him in the early teens, Floyd is one hell of a producer, a great red zone WR, and blocks like a tight end.

His character issues seem like an immaturity thing, clearly he is not nearly as bad as Vontaze Burfict or Janoris Jenkins... Dude is a fucking work horse.

I heard Bellichick really values the fuck out of Jones and Barron and if either one of them are available at the 12 or 13 spot they may strike a deal. So weird to see them possibly trading up. Bill never values premium picks.

Chandler Jones is this years Aldon Smith, he is a fucking monster but teams don't think he's explosive enough as other big name picks who played for bigger programs. I feel like he will overshadow all of the "elite" DE picks in this draft.

the real question is who goes at 3 ? I for one think it's clairborne ,

as a hardcore steelers fan i really hope the browns take richardson .. they need a bruising back and i would love to see the amazing games that would bring .. it's about time the browns had a decent offense ...

as for the bellichick trading up come on now guys we are all pro's here .. i don't see bill moving up at all it's not what he does he thinks ahead but at the same time that barron kid looks good and the patriots do need a secondary upgrade

if the jets mortage everything for richardson watch the fuck out they are back in contention. the only thing i see is the vikings fucking up their future by picking the wrong kid. it's the safest bet to take kalil to keep ponder off the grass but being in the nfc north a good corner woud def. help out the offense.

Seconded. Some NFL team will do well with Michael Floyd.

So picks 2-7 were made by teams that, at some point, traded to get in that specific spot. This could get crazy.

Well, now that 1st round rookie contracts aren't a financial impossibility, it's a lot easier to trade higher picks.

Gilmore doesn't look happy. It may just be his personality. I would like to believe its because he doesn't want to play for the bills, rightfully so.

Not suprising since Ireland is the GM, but Tannehill shouldn't have gone that early. Ireland is obviously making a desperation pick, which continue the dolphins' path of horrible picks.
