I think Rivers is missing Vincent Jackson bigtime.

He definitely is. Floyd and Gates are good but after that the Bolts are extremely thin on the receiving end.

Vincent Brown should be back at some point and he's looked pretty good so hopefully that will help.

Yeah I saw a tweet yesterday pointing out that there are THREE teams in the NFC West with winning records, compared with just TWO in the entire AFC. Times they are changing.

I still think the Patriots are gonna seize control of the east and are probably the best alongside Houston.

Also, when the Steelers get Lamar Woodley, James Harrison and Polamalu back (and if they can actually stay on the field both health and suspension-wise) I think they'll make a run. Their defense is so depleted with the loss of those 3 that you can legitmately make the argument they can really improve with those guys come back.

Also the Ravens haven't had Haloti Ngata for the last 2 games either.

Um, not true. I only know this because he's on my IDP Fantasy league squad and has done pretty well these last two weeks - unlike the rest of my team, who goes by the name of "Ngata Win".

I thought some guy on ESPN had said that the Ravens had given up a lot of rushing yards the past 2 weeks while Ngata had been out with injury. My mistake. I must've heard that wrong.

Overall a good game tonight and I'm happy the 49ers won. I was ready to give up on the game at half time our offense just looked that bad. Smith needs to step it up at QB otherwise we aren't going to make a deep run in the playoffs.

I'm not sure if it's because Seattle is actually good this year, the lucky win over the packers, or my dislike for Tate but I feel myself hating Seattle more then I normally do this season. It's not because of Carroll though, I've never liked him.
