my dad sent me a text saying disneyland opened today in 1955.

he wasn't there the day it opened, but had been in 1955. we went for the 50th anniversary as a family in 2005. we went to see the "50 magical years" movie and there was a guestbook you could sign. it asked for the first year you visited. someone had written "1955 as a kid" and so my dad wrote below "1955 and still am a kid"

i know they do it for grad night. i went to grad night in 1997 and they had each land with a different type of night club, it was the shit.

i accidentally went on raver day last year. and we ran into a dj friend there from arizona, who also didn't know it was raver day. god we felt old, lol.

it's more fun when you're the only crazy one, they suspect nothing, trust me. one of the best days of my life was candy flipping at disneyland. the best is if you can go with someone handicapped, cause then you don't wait in line. my boyfriend at the time had a cane and someone came up to us in splash mountain to let us know we didn't have to wait in any lines. that made the whole experience a LOT more fun

oh, and watch out for splash mountain too, it's a doozy

I have no clue, i think it was in June this year though.

the weekend of december 15th and 16th was when we went. check raver message boards. i don't think ILR has been around for years, but bayraves is a popular cali board i know of. try the happy hardcore type boards too.

but i will say i won't be approving of any fucking of disney characters. i get kind of annoyed at people that act inappropriate at disneyland, so if you start swearing in front of children or humping things, i'll probably peace out to tom sawyer's island, lol.

On one of my "trippier" days at Disneyland, a couple of hours on Tom Sawyer Island was very peaceful.

Acting like a kid is always permitted at D-land. Ahhhhh and we can see the "snow" too if we go in the winter months. Along with cheesy parades...I am overdue.

I haven't been to Disneyland in ages, like since 1992. Don't know that I would even necessarily be cool with going, what with the crowds and all, if I wasn't being volunteered into the trip. Maybe going on drugs is the way to make it all right.
