Yes please... I will do the same if I ever find anyone to cook for. I use to cook often and loved doing it but my teens don't appreciate it much and it sucks to cook just for yourself.

And I'm cooking more and more lately. I make a pretty delicious quiche. This thread (wherever it ends up) will be good for me.

Basically, yeah. I like to throw mushrooms, spinach and green chilie in it. Good stuff LC.

A lot of people like to put bacon in there too. It tastes good, but I prefer the veggie one. And I'm a recent vegetarian myself.

My mom asked me to make 2 for Thanksgiving so I made one with bacon and green chilie and another with mushrooms, spinach and green chilie.

I had a pizza a couple of weeks ago at a friends restaurant that has artichoke hearts, feta cheese, kalamata olives and just a little bit of tomato sauce to pull it all together. The bread, cheese, and olives all went together so fucking good.
    Whiskey Sour

    2 oz blended whiskey
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 tsp powdered sugar
    1 cherry
    1/2 slice lemon

Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.

The potato, leek and garlic looks very tasty (assuming I'm correct with those toppings).

And I made some recently that turned out pretty good. I'll get a picture on here when I have cell service.

The upper left is just sauce, parmesan, and fresh tomato, the upper right is bbq chicken, and the one in front (my favorite too, B) is potato, garlic, and fresh rosemary.

What sauce did you use for that one? And did you get the dough or make it? I think I might have to make one like that in the next few days, it looks excellent.

Just olive oil. I got the dough at Trader Joes. I've finally discovered that making little pizzas instead of one big one makes them cook soooooo much better. And this way, you can have a lovely variety.

I love making homemade pizzas. I either get the dough from Fresh and Easy, or directly from my local pizza place. I also prefer pizza screens over pizza stones.

Another thing I've been trying lately is making Stromboli from the dough and fixings. A bit more difficult, but well worth the effort.

    On deck for tonight:

    1. Caramelized Red Onions, Blue Cheese, & Thyme
    2. Rosemary, Dates, and (can't decide if I need anything else)
    3. Make your own pie for the kids (likely just peperoni)

All with Disgustipated's sauce, fresh parmesan , and fresh mozzarella.

I find that the premade pizza crust in the can in the cooler section is great. Using a perforated pan with tiny holes in the bottom allows the crust to bake more evenly. If you have a baking stone that is the way to go. If you dig mushrooms by them whole & slice them. Same with black olives. By them whole & slice them. Way more fresh tasting than pre-sliced. Never use imitation cheese as it releases so much oil when baked. Buy a nice block of mozzarella & shred it with a grater.
