I love their poster art. Last year was designed by Raymond Pettibon!
I have the sneaking suspicion that they are going to push back the announcement again. Hope I'm wrong...

Do we think it will go up on the myspace profile first?
When they say late tonight, do they mean in the PM?
Still no fucking announcement? shit. Fuck you fuck yeah fest. No I'm kidding, you got Asobi, maybe holy fuck, and everyone else that is playing this.

I'm really liking what I see so far though!
what is the website? myspace? to look it all up. I like this lineup.
thanks. don't worry man, asobi will be on there. Hey you've never seen Asobi live?
cool, two gallants are playing.
right now, for me this is good, but not great. I would still definitely go because of the proximity and price, but I was really looking for Asobi and Melvins...
Hopefully they are in the bunch of bands tomorrow
Bmack you went last year right? about how long did each band get to play for?
It's interesting how popular some bands are in LA yet nobody has even heard of them on the east coast. No Age, for example. Since I just recently moved here the only announced artistis I've heard of are the Circle Jerks, Dan Deacon, the Dillinger 4 (and No Age just from Bmack talking about them) yet I'm sure most of them are really popular in LA.
Did anyone see The Melvins at Amoeba? I really, really hope they're announced tomorrow because I missed it. I would like to see Asobi as well.
Early bands played half an hour, the two pre-headliners had about 45-50 minutes, and then the headliners played for quite awhile. I think Deerhunter did about an hour and ten.
It might have been that short because, on the day I remember, No Age and Jay Reatard were the two sub-headliners, and they typically play short sets.
Circle Jerks are local punk royalty. Dan Deacon's fairly well known. Negative Approach and Polvo are both older bands that are getting back together, with Negative Approach being a really small oldschool hardcore band and Polvo being an early 90s indie guitar rock band. Other than that, they're all pretty small bands, so none of them are that popular.
I wonder how popular No Age are. I feel like I'm in a little bubble where people think the world of them, but that a majority of indie kids don't really know them.
So where did consequences of sound get this initial line up?
No Age, Negative Approach, Dan Deacon, Polvo, Fucked Up, Two Gallants, Ladyhawk, David Vandervelde, Matt & Kim, Glass Candy, Mika Miko, Sex/Vid, Monotonix, The Strange Boys, Hit Me Back, Crystal Antlers, Nodzzz
