LED ZEPPELIN RUMOR FOR YA!

wont concern coachella but a little birdie is saying some promoters ( big time promoters) are uniting together to possibly put a fest together that would have led zeppelin, ac/dc, and aerosmith or van halen as headliners... a 3 day festival... it would be basically a combo of rock on the range and rocklahoma type bands so expect alot of retro but they will throw in up and coming bands to mix it up. its at the development stage right now but all bands have shown at least interest to move forward and show them a presentation..

so i would not expect diversity like bonnaroo or coachella but expect alot of guitars. but if this went down,, im so there... crossing the fingers.. doubtful but it would be kind of cool...

their perfect scenario lineup would be:

friday:
AC/DC
DISTURBED

saturday:
AEROSMITH OR VAN HALEN
STONE TEMPLE PILOTS

sunday:
LED ZEPPELIN
FOO FIGHTERS

their future plans would try and get a reunited guns and roses, black sabbath, and metallica if they can pull of the first one...

Led Zep, ACDC, Aerosmith, and VanHalen? Damn, talk about taking an old lady back to when her hormones were raging! (Almost too good to be true though.) I'd be there in a minute! BTW, I just got tickets to The Mayhem Festival down in San Diego, July 16th. Disturbed, Slipknot, and good friends of ours who have finally made it to the big time, Five Finger Death Punch. Not real familiar with Slipknot, but I was feeling pretty Disturbed up until Daft Punk and Prodigy changed my tune.
